DDB won the Gold award for its LG integrated campaign. The campaign consisted of 5 TV copies, one a corporate copy and 4 product copies. It is built on the humorous appeal by injecting star power of Egypt's favorite couple "Tamer and Shawquia”. The corporate copy is about LG, very high technology, guaranteed and is always there for its customers. Tamer is an LG fan, convinces his wife to trust LG. Humor based drama is developed around our products’ attributes and benefits to deliver it to consumers in a simple language and a funny way.
The creatives are Copy Writer Mostafa Helmy and Art Director WaelAzzam under supervision of Creative Director Mohamed Wasfy and Associate Creative Director Muhammad Salah. Production was TNP. Production Team was Director Sherif Arafa, DOP Ahmed Youssef, Production Manager Mohamed El Sayed, and Producer Mahmoud Kattab.
LG account handlers were Account Director Tamer Hassan and Acount Executive Mahmoud Dogheim all under the supervision of GM Rajia Omar.
DDB also won the Silver Award for its Mivida Newspapers and Magazine Ad.
Direct Ad won the Bronze Award for its El Arosa Tea TV trade Ad. The campaign consisted of one TV copy “Jingle”, it was shot at different places all over Cairo such as Khan El Khalily, the Nile where a “Ba7ary” coffee shop was built from A to Z, and Prince Taz Palace where several shots were taken such as the Friday morning breakfast family gathering, the Egyptian coffee shop and the “Ta7teeb” dance. Different segments where shot to show different classes drinking El- Arosa Tea.
Direct Ad multi talented, Art Director Ahmed Magdy, is the creative for this campaign from A to Z. He came up with the creative idea, the tune, the melody, the lyrics, and he sang it. Production Manager Mohamed El Sayed, Line Producer Rana Samy, and Casting Director Ayman AbouElela, under the supervision of TNP Head Mahmoud Khattab were responsible for production in cooperation with production consultant Amr Zakaria. Post production team is Chief Editor Tarek Rashed, Editor Mohamed Media, Editor Mohamed Sayed, and Sound Engineer Samuel Issac under the supervision of the Kitchen GM Ahmed Said. TVC’s Director is Ahmed El Mahdy, Spanish DOP Quim along with Art Director Mohamed Atteya and Stylist Dina Nossier.
El Arosa account handlers are Account Supervisor HaythamFahmy, and Account executive Engy El Asy, all under the supervision of GM Dalia El Enany.
TNA won the Silver Award for its Mazda Japan Radio Ad. The radio copy was about communicating with Mazda owners that there are convenient car services and spare parts all over Egypt. Now we have Mazda agent in Egypt which is GB Auto.
The Creative team was TNA GM Basel El Deeb, senior copywriter Karim Ayesh, copywriter Sevag Der Sarkissian, junior copywriter WaleedSokkar, and account director ShahiraAkel.
