TNC was commissioned by the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) to help shed its perception as an old-school bank and appeal to a younger client base by showcasing its electronic branch, the first of its kind in Egypt. Using a comedic ad portraying a failed bank heist at the bank’s electronic branch, the project was positively received, with increased traffic at the branch amounting to 80% during the ad’s run. The campaign increased the bank’s visibility due to its popularity, climbing in positive perception and word of mouth rankings. Today, the electronic branches have successfully resulted in NBE capturing a wider share of younger clients.
