This heartwarming ad, overlaid with an inspiring song about hope, depicts one young girl’s medical journey, and throughout it, her enduring love for airplanes. The ad takes us through a sequence of emotional scenes, where the child, wheelchair-bound at first, undergoes surgery and then an extensive recovery process. The entire hospital staff, from doctors to window cleaners, take note of the girl’s love for airplanes and find numerous ways to incorporate them into her day: From an airplane-themed birthday cake to a handmade airplane mobile above her bed. The end of the ad follows the girl, now able to run freely, to the rooftop, where she watches an airplane fly by. A narrator at the end reminds viewers that their yearly alms and donations could be given to the Ahl Masr Foundation to help more patients.
