Standing at a distance, Helmy observes as an ER doctor informs the parents that their son needs a medical device, which is currently unavailable at the hospital. As the cameras begin to roll, Helmy wonders in an inner monologue what he could possibly say in a situation like this, that a boy might lose his life because essential equipment is not available? As the ad draws to a close, Helmy reminds viewers that this could happen to any one of us and that donations could save countless lives.
